B90X: Day 21

Friends,

In the beginning, God created the earth and rested.

Then God created Man and rested.

Then God created Woman. Since then, neither God nor Man has rested.

    I know, I know, it says day 21 and not day 20. This is on purpose. We actually ARE on day 21, but I missed sending out day 14, I believe, then sent out 15 as 14 and so on. So, we're actually one day ahead of what we were originally. :) Here, have a few questions. Be warned, they are difficult.

1. Why did David succeed in everything he did?
2. What did David do when he feared King Achish of Gath?
3. Which son of Ahimelech escaped his family's slaughter? (Hint: this was the family of priests)
4. What did Saul resort to in order to receive instruction, even after Samuel was dead?
5. Who were David's great grandmother, then great great grandmother. Ruth, Rehab was great great
6. BONUS QUESTION: Why, after reading today's reading, could one arguably say that God is a fan of Star Wars?

Hahaha, if anyone outside of my family gets the last question right, I will truly be impressed. Here's a hint, the answer lies somewhere in Ch. 28. Consider it a challenge to find the answer before tomorrow! Now, on to yesterday's answers.

1. Who was King at the time of Samson? There was no King! It says that every man just did what he thought was right at the time.
2. In what way were the people foolish after imprisoning Samson (which ultimately led to there destruction)? They let his hair grow back.
   
3. Why did Micah want a Levite serving as his priest? Because the Levites are a chosen people of God.
4. How many times did Boaz actually talk to Ruth BEFORE he suggested marriage? It is only recorded that he ever saw/talked to her once before he proposed.
